“Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened.” – Dr Seuss.
Farewells are usually held in the month of February. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic we were unable to plan a formal farewell for class XII (2020–2022). On September 10, the school bid adieu to the class XII (2020–22) students with fervour at School campus.
All the seniors and juniors had filled the hall in colourful attires which added beauty to the event. A hearty welcome from the juniors was followed by a group dance, individual dance and solo song performance that was quite entertaining. The juniors hosted and planned an amazing day.
Mrs Rajinder Kaur Virk, the principal, wished the students luck for their future. The students received many titles, including Mr and Mrs Versatile, Cheerful, Graceful and Wise.
For the seniors, several fun games were organised and everyone had a great time. A token of love and appreciation was given to the seniors by the juniors. The day came to an end with photo shoots that preserved memories. The seniors gave thought provoking speeches, recalling memories from the time spent by them in the school.
